Terms of Service

By using Cradler, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@cradler.app.

What Cradler is

Cradler is a mobile app that helps parents and caregivers track and understand their baby's sleep. It is a tool — not a medical device, not a diagnostic service, and not a replacement for pediatric care. If something feels wrong with your baby, call your pediatrician.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or a caregiver authorized by the parent of the baby whose data you log. If you invite other caregivers, you're confirming they're authorized too.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. If someone else gets into your account, what happens next is on them, not us — but let us know and we'll help you lock it down.

Your data is yours

The sleep logs, baby info, notes, and preferences you put into Cradler belong to you. We host them on your behalf. You can export them as CSV anytime and delete them anytime. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

The app, brand, design, content, and code belong to us. You can use them through the app as intended; you can't copy, decompile, or resell them.

Subscription & billing

Cradler is free to use with limits. Cradler Pro is a subscription that unlocks full features. Billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — we never see your card. The trial is free; after it ends, the subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal through your App Store or Play Store account.

Prices are shown in the app before you commit. Taxes and FX may apply based on your region.

Refunds

If Cradler Pro doesn't work for you, we'll refund your most recent payment within 30 days — no questions. Note: technically Apple and Google are the merchants of record, so they're the ones who process the refund. We'll walk you through it. Email hello@cradler.app.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cradler to track anyone without their (or their legal guardian's) consent. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend. Don't use Cradler in a way that violates the law.

Termination

You can stop using Cradler and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users. If we do, we'll tell you why.

Disclaimers

Cradler is provided “as is.” Sleep predictions are estimates based on published wake-window science and your own data — they are not guarantees. No app replaces a pediatrician or professional sleep consultant. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, bug-free, or suitable for every family.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Cradler is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, if you're on the free plan, is zero). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use Cradler after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
